Warranty Policy
We offer a 2-Year warranty from the date of original purchase on our products (excluding light bulbs).
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is confirmed to have a fault covered under warranty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide instructions for return at no cost to you.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects under normal use.
Light bulbs are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@crystalchandelier.com.au with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault
We will review your claim and advise you on the next steps. We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 1–2 business days.
Installation Requirements
We recommend installation by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian standards and regulations.
In some cases, we may request evidence of professional installation where relevant to the fault being assessed.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:
- Misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Incorrect installation
- Use in environments unsuitable for the product (e.g. water exposure where the product is not appropriately rated)
These exclusions apply to the extent permitted by law and do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Costs
This warranty covers the product only.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover installation, removal, or other associated costs, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This warranty applies to products purchased and used within Australia.
