Standard Delivery (Australia)

 

 

Shipping Rates

 

We offer free shipping on orders $150 and above.
Orders under $150 incur a flat shipping fee of $15.

 

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 business day from our Sydney warehouse.

 

Orders placed before 5:00pm are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

 

Based on customer locations

 

After dispatch:

  • NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, TAS: 1–5 business days
  • WA, NT and other: 7–10 business days

 

Total estimated delivery time (including processing):

  • NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, TAS: 1–6 business days
  • WA, NT and other: 7–11 business days

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.

 

 

Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

 

Multiple Items

 

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.

 

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

 

 

Delivery Address

 

We currently deliver within Australia only.

 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

We will attempt to update your details before dispatch; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

We ship using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other courier services.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

 

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
