These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store within Australia.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

We sell lighting products, including chandeliers and related accessories.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided to give a general representation of each product. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations in colour, finish, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing and display differences.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:
• product unavailability,
• suspected fraud,
• or pricing or system errors.

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

A further notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

6. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase before dispatch.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

10. Installation & Product Use

All lighting products must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian standards.

You are responsible for ensuring:

compatibility with your electrical system,
appropriate ceiling or structural support,
and correct installation conditions.

We are not responsible for damage, faults, or issues arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow installation requirements.

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Fragile Goods

Many of our products contain fragile materials such as glass and crystal and must be handled with care.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper installation, or incorrect storage.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including images, product descriptions, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
